Dan Otieno joined us with his three older brothers in November 1998, and died on the 26th of September 2001 at the age of almost 10. Dan who was always sickly, is greatly missed by us all. He was an affectionate boy who enjoyed football and all activities, and would never give up. Although we were upset to learn last year that he was HIV positive, I don't think any of us were surprised,due to his continuing sickness. This has been a difficult thing to write, and I sincerely hope I never have to do this again.
